Council Liaison

Typically, each project requires design and redevelopment approval from local Council. Medifit have many years of experience in liaising with Councils around Australia and are able to facilitate the efficient delivery of all information required for a successful council submission and follow the application though to completion.

In most instances, Council approval takes 4-12 weeks and we are able to use this time to book materials and trades ensuring that we hit the ground running as soon as development approval is granted.
